Cancellation Policy Changes and cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled pick-up time. Limos and buses must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid full charge. Last minute requests for changes may be forwarded directly to the driver of the trip and will be up to the discretion of the driver. Service Time Policy For trips longer than 4 hours you may use up to “one hour” of combined unscheduled stops. After that, the waiting fee for the bus will $200 per hour. The company is not responsible for lost or damaged items left in the vehicles during or after use of our services. The customer is responsible for his/her guests for any damage to the vehicle. In the event of any physical damage of any of our vehicles, caused by the customer, or any passenger in their party, there will be an additional charge for the repair and/or cleaning of the vehicle. Tri Shuttle reserve the right to refused service to passengers who may pose a danger to themselves or others during transportation. Additional charges like parking fees, overtime charges, travel and other surcharges that cannot be calculated prior to service and are not included in the client’s bill. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
