They were both friendly, professional, and reliable. Communication was excellent, and they made the entire process easy and stress-free. Traveling with a family and luggage can be hectic, but they made everything go smoothly. We really appreciated their kindness and great customer service. It’s such a relief knowing you have dependable transportation, especially when catching an early flight! Vanessa was exceptional and the Tri Shuttle experience has converted me, I will never use any other ride service when traveling to Disneyland!  She was waiting for us with clear instructions on how to exit baggage claim and go straight to our pickup location. He let us know what car he was in and met us at the curb.  He was very friendly, courteous and the car was immaculate and comfortable. It made traveling from Lax to Anaheim very pleasant.  Verified This was a referral from a friend. They were great, used the company for a night out for our friend's birthday, booked a stop to pick them up and then to dinner and then back.  Verified Tien was an absolute dream of a driver! He was already there waiting for us (they keep eyes on arrivals) and we waited outside for less than 10 minutes before he picked us up! The van was extremely clean, there was a car seat for my little guy, and Tien had complimentary snacks for the kiddos to enjoy. The interior was nice and cool and the conversation was natural and easy. 10 out of 10. Consider this a GLOWING review for trishuttle and especially for Tien the driver!

 Verified Look no further, Tri Shuttle is exactly who you need. Tien was our driver, and my children still talk about him. He showed up, was super communicative so we could meet outside (as requested when reserved), had snacks ready for hungry kids after a long flight, the van was extremely clean (could use your help at home!!!), and incredibly friendly and professional. The carseats we requested were clean and properly installed (even passed the mom double check, can't be too safe!). I will absolutely recommend Tri Shuttle to everyone I know who travels out to LA area/Anaheim and needs transportation.

 Verified I've called on Tri Shuttle several times and they're absolutely wonderful. Never disappoint! We came back from vacation on Sunday and Tien was able to pick us up and our heavy luggage (sorry) from LAX in his new mini van and he took us to our destination with ease We will call again for your services in the future and thank you for being so dependable
