Hello! We’d like to book a private transfer from LAX to Newport Beach.

Trip details
• Passengers: 5 total, including 2 children (6 years old and 4 years old)
• Luggage: 10 large suitcases + 5 small cabin suitcases
• Vehicle requested: Sprinter 7 (7 passengers / 10 luggage capacity)
• Child seats requested (please provide & pre-install):
• 1 booster seat for the 6-year-old
• 1 forward-facing car seat for the 4-year-old

Flight / timing (immigration entry)
We are arriving on immigrant visas, so CBP/immigration processing may take longer than usual at LAX. We are planning for approximately 2–4 hours from landing to being ready for pickup (possibly longer depending on lines and additional processing).
Our flight is Turkish Airlines TK179, scheduled arrival 11:10.

Please confirm
1. Whether you track the actual flight arrival time using the flight number
2. Whether the driver can wait for us given the longer immigration processing, and your policy for free wait time / paid waiting time after landing
3. That the Sprinter 7 will reliably fit 5 passengers + 10 large suitcases + 5 small cabin suitcases
4. That you can provide and pre-install both child seats
5. The total price (including child seats, LAX fees, waiting time, gratuity/taxes if applicable)
6. Pickup instructions at LAX: how the driver will meet us (curbside vs. meet & greet) and what details you need from us (terminal/meeting point, etc.)

We will provide the exact destination address in Newport Beach once confirmed.
