• A cleaning fee may be charged for spills, stains, excessive dirt, or damage caused during transportation.

• An additional charge may apply for excessive or overweight luggage.
• Luggage weighing more than 50 lbs (23 kg) is considered overweight.
• We reserve the right to charge an additional fee, deny service, or cancel your reservation if you have excessive or overweight luggage.

• Cancellations and changes not related to your flight must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
