Job Description:
The Airport Driver/Shuttle Driver is responsible for providing safe, timely and courteous transportation services for passengers traveling to and from major airports (LAX, LGB, SNA). This role requires exceptional customer service skills, strong time-management, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport passengers to designated destinations in accordance with all traffic laws and company policies
- Arrive on time for all scheduled pick-ups to ensure timely transportation and maintain route schedules
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting passengers warmly, assisting with luggage, and ensuring a comfortable ride
- Communicate professionally and clearly with passengers, dispatch, and team members regarding scheduling, delays, or route changes
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented vehicle at all times
- Navigate efficiently using GPS or route instructions to ensure accurate and timely arrivals
- Adapt to various shifts and schedule changes to meet operational needs
- Represent the company positively through professional behavior, appearance, and communication
